Shauna Solomon joined Perspective Group in April 2017. Prior to that, she was a member of Spencer Stuart’s executive search team as well as their Leadership Advisory Services team. Shauna spent a semester in Sydney, Australia where she studied at the University of Sydney and was a Marketing Assistant at GoGet CarShare.

Shauna graduated from Bryant University with a B.A. in Applied Psychology and Business Administration.

Shauna is based in the Washington, D.C. area.
