Patrick joined Perspective Group as a Principal in 2021 from Occam Global, a NY-based boutique executive search firm where he spent 7+ years as an executive recruiter focused on board and C-suite recruiting for early-stage innovative healthcare companies both in the US and abroad. Patrick has worked across functional areas, including general management, business development and strategy, finance, and research and development.

Patrick's prior experience includes book publishing, corporate communications, business operations, and higher education administration. Patrick particularly enjoyed his leadership role at New York University’s Center for Global Affairs, where he helped build a successful graduate program and worked closely with faculty to develop intensive study abroad graduate courses in Ghana, South Africa, Chile, and Bolivia.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill with a degree in English literature and completed a Master of Arts in Creative Writing at Boston University.  Reading and writing remain his favored pastimes.
