Noël serves clients focused in areas of precision medicine, data and analytics, payments, data science, clinical trial innovation, wearables and sensors as well as diverse organizations that serve to disrupt life sciences organizations, payers, providers and how consumers access healthcare. She also works across biotech and healthcare services sectors to place key leaders who will drive growth and change within these organizations.
Previously, Noël led the digital health and healthcare technology practice at Spencer Stuart for almost a decade, helping companies build out their executive teams and boards. She has a successful track record of recruiting across a diverse set of functions at the C-level, board, CFO, technology (data science and product roles), as well as sales and marketing, services, and strategy roles.
Noël began her career at Johnson & Johnson, where she held progressive roles in sales and marketing. She is a member of the W.I.T.H. (Women Innovating Together in Healthcare) global organization. She holds an M.B.A. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S. in general management and marketing from Boston College and is an active mentor to students at both organizations.
