Marshall co-founded Perspective Group in 2015 and currently co-leads the firm’s Biopharma practice. Prior to joining Perspective, Marshall was the Founder/Managing Director of Crane Nobile Partners, a retained executive search firm serving the Biopharmaceutical marketplace. His earlier experience includes 3+ years with Catalyst Advisors LLC and 10+ years as a member of the Global Healthcare Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Marshall has specialized in senior-level recruitment for companies located in the United States and abroad. Marshall focuses on the assessment and recruitment of executives in areas including CEO/General Management, Commercial Operations, Strategy/Corporate Development and Finance. He has also worked on the recruitment of non-executive directors for the portfolio companies of leading life sciences venture investment firms.

Marshall received his B.A. from Wesley College and his M.B.A. from Fordham University in Manhattan.
