Lisa Bacon joined Perspective Group in March of 2024 as Project Manager, administering the executive search process from business development to close.  Prior to joining Perspective Group, Lisa was Senior Executive Assistant at Synlogic, a clinical-stage biotechnology company.  Lisa brings to the team high level planning from her experience as Senior Event Planner at Tekscan, Inc. where she managed the company’s global event presence.

Lisa earned a BS in Marketing from Roger Williams University.
