Eric Guajardo

Eric joined Perspective in December 2020 from a recruitment startup where he was a Vice President focused on building out their renewables practice. Previously, Eric worked in roles of increasing responsibility at Heidrick & Struggles, where he focused on supporting searches within the firm’s global CEO & Board, Financial Officers and Industrial practices while based in Houston.

Eric graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Economics.
