Boston, October 10, 2018 – Perspective today announced that it has welcomed two new Partners to the firm. Kara Coluccio Bern and Mike Palladino will join Perspective’s existing Partners Tom Carey, Noël Auguston, and Marshall Crane.

Based in Boston’s Seaport District, Perspective provides human capital advisory, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness support to healthcare companies working at the leading edge of biopharmaceuticals, healthcare technology, and diagnostics. Sitting at the intersection of healthcare and human capital, Perspective is purposefully broad in both the capabilities it offers and the market segments it serves. This wide lens grants the firm a distinctive ability to serve healthcare clients that are rapidly evolving to address an increasingly interconnected and interdependent industry.

“Consistent with our effort to expand the services we provide across the healthcare continuum, we’re very excited to welcome Kara and Mike,” shared Perspective’s CEO Tom Carey. “With Kara joining Perspective, we now offer expertise across every function in our industry. Widely recognized for her expertise in the recruitment of R&D leaders, Kara has partnered with countless CEOs, Boards, and R&D executives alike in successfully attracting and evaluating this unique and rarefied talent pool. Mike fills another strategic objective of the firm—to expand the advisory capabilities Perspective can offer its clients. He brings a deep and nuanced understanding of the inner workings of the Human Resources, Legal, and other life sciences functions, which we believe will prove tremendously valuable to small and emerging companies looking for expanded strategic insight.”

“I’ve chosen to join Perspective because of its unique position to partner and advise clients through long-standing, holistic relationships,” Kara said of her decision to join the firm. Mike expressed similar sentiments: “Perspective represents a distinctive, integrated approach that mirrors the evolving healthcare market. As opposed to one-off projects, we partner with our clients to develop and execute effective strategies that inform and address critical human capital needs.”

Perspective is excited to welcome them both and looks forward to the immediate and lasting impact they will bring to Perspective’s ability to best serve its clients.
